Fees

• All fees are for courses at venues in the United Kingdom

• All fees exclude VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate

• Fees and payment for public courses
  - Engineers' Overview and Maintenance and Asset Management - fee includes comprehensive course notes, Yellow Book 4 volume 1 and Yellow Book 3 volume 2, examination certificate (if applicable), buffet lunches and refreshments.
  
  - Senior Managers' Overview - fee includes comprehensive course notes, Yellow Book 4 volume 1 and Yellow Book 3 volume 2 and refreshments.
  
  - Payment is required at time of confirming a booking. The fee will be refunded if you cancel more than 20 working days before the course date or if we cancel a course at any time before its advertised start date. No refund of fees can be made if you cancel 20 working days or less before the course date but you may substitute attendees up to 24 hours before commencement of the course.

• Fees and payment for full courses
  - Engineers' Overview and Maintenance and Asset Management - fee includes comprehensive course notes, Yellow Book 4 volume 1 and Yellow Book 3 volume 2 and examination certificate (if applicable).
  
  - Senior Managers' Overview - fee includes comprehensive course notes, Yellow Book 4 volume 1 and Yellow Book 3 volume 2.
  
  - Cost of venue, lunches and refreshments excluded. Where the course is held at a client's site, the client is responsible for these. Where a hotel is used, these will be charged at cost.
  
  - Purchase order is required to confirm the course. Full invoicing and payment terms are available on request.

• We can offer stand-by places at significantly reduced rates to full-time students and members of academic institutions

• In all cases, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation

• The maximum number of attendees on a single course is 15
